This year’s Black Forest Festival is taking place on August 8th, 2026. Our festival theme, Star’s, Stripes, and Tall Pines, marks 57 years of the Black Forest Festival and celebrates two historic milestones:
250th Anniversary of the United States of America
150th Anniversary of the State of Colorado
The Black Forest Festival is a 100% community funded event and dependent on the generosity of our local businesses and volunteers. Becoming a Sponsor of the festival is the best way to make this year’s event a reality and join in on the most beloved weekend of the year in the Black Forest.
If you would like to sponsor the 2026 Black Forest Festival, please complete the sponsorship agreement, select your sponsorship level, sign and email it to [email protected].
Payment can be made by clicking the “Click Here” link next to each sponsorship dollar amount or via check. If writing a check, please make it out to “Black Forest Community Club” with “2026 Black Forest Festival Sponsorship” in the memo. The

Platinum Sponsorship: $1,000.00 Click Here
- Platinum Sponsor logos will be printed on a large banner sign that is displayed in the Black Forest Festival Parade. *
- Sponsor logo and sponsorship level to be included in large hanging banner displayed outside Black Forest Community Center during festival. * Sponsorship banners will be displayed from the peak of the Backyard Pavillion after the festival.
- Sponsor will be recognized as a Platinum sponsor on the festival website (WeAreBlackForest.com); recognition will include a sponsor profile with a link back to sponsor website and/or Facebook page.
- Sponsor to be recognized as Platinum Sponsor on the 2026 Black Forest Festival Facebook Event.
- Platinum Sponsors will be promoted on the Black Forest Festival & More Facebook page (2,000+ followers). Platinum Sponsors will receive four (4) dedicated Facebook posts leading up to the festival. Content and schedule will be determined jointly between sponsor and the sponsorship liaison.
- Platinum Sponsors will be promoted during the festival by Emcee and/or Festival Entertainment shoutouts.
- Platinum Sponsors will be advertised in the Black Forest Community Club newsletter – select one month from July, Aug, Sept (for available advertising space, first come first issue timing selection).
- Platinum Sponsor may elect to receive a complimentary standard booth during the festival exhibit hours. **
- Platinum Sponsor will receive a complimentary entrance for 1 person to the August 7th , 2026 Biergarten.

*Sponsorship level must be determined, paid, and business logo submitted by June 25, 2026, to allow time for advertising, design and printing.
